Compatibilidad Universal con CtP
El panel frontal universal está preparado para la integración online con cualquier CtP, sólo es necesario un equipo simple de adaptación específico para CtP.
Monitoreo y regulación automatizada
Muy fácil de operar, incluso sin atención del usuario, ya que el procesador monitorea el fluido y los niveles de temperatura, los cuales ajusta como corresponde. Si es necesaria la intervención del usuario, se alerta al operador y proporciona ayuda paso a paso en la pantalla.
Mantenimiento y limpieza sin problemas
Una tapa superior fácil de levantar proporciona acceso a los cepillos, rodillos, barras de pulverización y guías, montados a presión, los que son reemplazados en minutos, sin el uso de herramientas o la necesidad de volver a calibrarlos.
Controles de pantalla táctil
Panel de pantalla táctil gráfica fácil de controlar con lenguaje nativo opcional plug-in, soporte remoto y diagnósticos integrados.
El panel de control GNUC II es una pantalla táctil totalmente gráfica que se utiliza en muchos productos fabricados por Glunz & Jensen.
Aprobado y acreditado
Los productos son seguros. Se han diseñado y construido de acuerdo a los estándares actuales, y un instituto independiente ha inspeccionado y aprobado los productos para los estándares de seguridad CE, UL, c/uL, y RoHS. Todos los certificados están disponibles a pedido.
Kits de mantención preventiva
Las piezas de repuesto originales necesarias y las instrucciones paso a paso para completar la mantención anual recomendada en el procesador de planchas, están disponibles para dejar la máquina funcionando en las mejores condiciones.
Compartimento cerrado
Mantiene la pre-prensa organizada guardando los contenedores con paneles laterales de fácil ensamble. Estos paneles son cómodamente removibles, sin herramientas, para dar un acceso completo al espacio bajo el procesador.
Interfaz online
Producción segura desatendida por el usuario. El CtP sólo fabricará una nueva plancha si el procesador lo permite. En el caso de un evento imprevisto en la línea que impide un procesamiento posterior, la condición es señalizada de nuevo en el CtP, el cual detendrá la fabricación de planchas. Se puede ordenar la interfaz online, la cual es una adaptación mecánica y eléctrica del CtP para instalaciones online.
Activación remota del Sistema
Supervisar, corregir la configuración y diagnosticar la condición del procesador a través de la red local o módem, por ejemplo, chequear la química, reponer los niveles de desperdicio de agua, temperatura, o si se presenta un atasco de la plancha.
